Luv, Lotus uses quality materials and is handcrafted with love and care. Numerous pictures at different angles are taken of each item to insure you that what you see is what you get. 

We also don't take exchanges due to sanitary reasons, for ears are openings of the body :-) This is also why you will notice most earrings are not modeled on a human. Those that are modeled belong to the Model herself, and WILL NEVER BE RESOLD.
